Ingredients:
Ghee:1 tbsp
Paneer – 250 Gms
Potatoes – 1 medium sized
Oil -  as required for frying
Turmeric powder – ¼ tsp
Ginger paste – 1 tsp
Green chilies – 2 – 3 nos
Salt – as required
Cumin seeds paste – 11/2 tsp
Milk – ½ cup
Cumin seeds – ½ tsp
Sugar – ½ tsp
Garam masala – ½ tsp
Water – 1 cup
Method Of Preparation:
1)Take a pan, heat oil and in it fry the potatoes. Keep It aside
2)Follow the same routine for paneer. Put this in warm water.
3)Take ghee in a pan, heat it up and let the cumin seeds splutter.
4)Take the cumin paste and mix it with ginger juice, water and turmeric powder.
5)Keep stirring it for couple of mns
6)Mix the green chilies, potatoes, garam masala powder, salt and sugar. Cover it keep frying it till the potatoes start appearing tender.
7)Now take the oiled paneer out of water and put it along with potatoes.
8)Now add the milk, remaining water and keep mixing it well. Allow it to boil at a low flame. Do this for few mns.
9)To be served hot once done.

Simple potato vegetable
Ingredients:
Potato (Aloo)   :- 250 Gms
Oil  : – 2 tbsp
Turmeric (Haldi) powder : – ¼ tsp
Green chili  : – 2 nos
Curry leaves (Kadi pata): -  4-5
Mustard seeds (Rai) : – ½ tsp
Salt   : – as required
Method of Preparation
1)    Take the potatoes, boil it, peel it and cut it into cubes.
2)    Take a pan, heat oil in it and add the green chilies, curry leaves and mustard seeds. Let them splutter. Once done, add turmeric powder, salt, and potatoes in it. Put little water in it, the potatoes will soak the masala. Keep boiling it for close to 5 mns.
3)    In case if you want it to taste little different, you can use the cumin seeds instead of mustard seeds

Large potatoes   :- 4
Breadcrumbs  :- ½ cups
Raisins   :- 3 tblsp
Medium onion  :- 3
Coriander leaves    :- 1 tblsp
Green chilies  :- 4
Oil  :- 3 tsp
Oil  :- For fry
Salt    :- For taste
Method of Preparation:
1. Peel and chop onion properly.
2. Wash and cut green chilies.
3. Wash, clean and chop coriander leaves.
4. Boil, peel and mash the potatoes.
5. Heat up a little oil in a pan, mix in onion and fry until soft.
6. Add in sauted onion, coriander leaves, green chilies, salt and breadcrumb and salt to the mashed   potatoes and mix it well.
7. Make eight equal parts of this.
8. Stuff each part with cut raisins, make balls and compress them.
9. Heat up the grill and shallow fry the tikkies until light brown color on both sides.
10. Serve hot with chutney and tarmarind
